Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 12b platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision, you are advised to stop using the platform immediately.
To use the 12b platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

- Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Is not located in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are wholly prohibited under local law.
- Register only one account in your own name. Holding multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited.
12b reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with the above requirements. Users who are unable to verify their identity may face a temporary restriction or account closure.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 12b reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration if there is evidence of fraud, false information, or attempts to circumvent the verification process. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any transactions and bets placed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 12b will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
User Responsibilities
12b platform users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems.
- Using bots, automated software, or other unauthorised methods to manipulate games or the bonus system.
- Sharing your account or granting account access to any third party.
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through the platform.
Payments, Deposits, and Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the 12b platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 12b supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers, recognised e-wallets, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on your chosen payment method. Deposited funds are typically credited to your account shortly after the transaction is confirmed. 12b is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. 12b reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review or investigation of suspicious activity. Processing times vary depending on the selected withdrawal method.
Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. 12b will not consider claims submitted after this period. Any unused balances left dormant for a specified period may be subject to an inactive account policy, and users will be notified before any action is taken.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
12b Liability Limit
The 12b platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we make no guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, fully secure, or error-free. 12b is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, or betting outcomes.
In cases where 12b is found liable for losses, our maximum liability is limited to the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 12b platform — including logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 12b or our licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written consent from 12b is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The 12b platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 12b does not control such third-party content and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
12b reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following:
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the platform.
- Breach of any provision under these terms.
- Money laundering activities or suspicious transactions.
- Registering multiple accounts or using a false identity.
- Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance — after deducting bonuses that have not met the applicable requirements — will be returned to the user in accordance with standard procedures. However, if closure is due to fraud, 12b reserves the right to withhold all withdrawals pending completion of an investigation.
Changes to These Terms
12b reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 12b platform shall first be resolved through a mutually agreed process before any legal action is pursued.
